Great group here. Rental prices are reasonable and the staff is great. Always willing to answer questions and take the time to give you advice.
Great operation, and really convenient when you don't want to buy your own tube, and take two cars to float the river with friends. It's about 80% tourists on their bus the few times I've been with them over the years. It would be great if more local folks used the shuttle. Much safer than having lots of cars on that road to/from the Madison River.
So our group was too late to take the bus, so instead we just rented tubes and cooler and drove out to the river ourselves and did our own rafting. The staff was very helpful in getting our tubes setup and they drew us a map and explained exactly where to get in and out of the river. Everything worked out great thanks to the help and the equipment was solid. Made for a very wonderful afternoon floating down the river.
What's not to love?! A very affordable shuttle & tube rental with the friendliest, most helpful staff you'll ever meet! From check in to the shuttle ride to the float, we had a great day! (Bonus: it's late in the season & the river is still high!) I'd highly recommend this experience!
Friendly staff, paddle boards were affordable and a blast to use! I would recommend them to anyone looking!!
