We had an excellent experience with this clinic with our dog Dee Dee. She was referred to the clinic for an endoscopy procedure. They were prompt, fit her right in, and called us immediately after the procedure. She had swallowed a mass of junk too large to remove with the scope so she required surgery. The doctors and staff were extremely professional and compassionate, the staff kept us totally informed with the costs and the progress of our dog. We loved that Dr. Moss suggested we come visit her immediately after she woke up and Dr. Wolf fully explained her discharge orders. Dee Dee has fully recovered thanks to the excellent care of this clinic. We are dissatisfied with our current clinic and considering making a switch. Thank you!!
Never going back here again! They lied to me about how much things would cost, added surprise charges, and then treated me and my wife like trash when we said we couldn't afford it. We went in expecting to pay $180 but came out with a bill for over $600!!! And even then, all of the tests that they did were inconclusive. We're going to Banfield from now on because they are upfront with their prices.
