Our dog was bleeding to death and had severe foot trauma after jumping out of the back of our truck. The vets here did and AMAZING job. They stabalized him and saved his life. A short year later this dog saved my life by chasing a wild animal away from me. I have the vets here to thank for that. AMAZING PEOPLE, EXCELLENT CARE!!!!
If I could, I would give them 0 stars....
A bit difficult to find in the middle of the night when you have an injured pet, but I'm glad we found it. My Yorkie Bentley was attacked by another dog and seriously injured Sunday night. Two people came out the front door of the trauma center to meet us as we parked and quickly took Bentley inside. The vet nurse was amazing, she never left his side. Bentley required surgery to suture up his wounds and is slowly recovering. Thank you to the Dr. and everyone on duty on the night of July 9th. I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful care you gave Bentley.
I will never come here again, or suggest this place to anyone I know who has a pet.
Bozeman is so fortunate to have a place to take pets when the other vets are closed! My dog was seen by Dr. Sarah Korf, who was so kind and honest. She discussed all possibilities regarding my dog's condition, and presented different options to discuss with our normal vet. I would definitely recommend this place. The vet techs were all very caring as well and went above and beyond to comfort my dog during her time there.
My cat got hit by a car, she had a bum leg and was in shock, so we brought her in to assess the damages. The doctor didn't even take an X-Ray to see what was wrong with her!!! She ASSUMED all of these injuries and procedures that may need to be done and racked up our bill. It ranged between $860-$1000! So, we just asked for some pain meds (which cost $200) and took her home. The next day, we took her Valley View Veterinary Hospital, and guess what??? No pelvic fracture like the emercency vet ASSUMED, not head trauma like the emergmecy vet ASSUMED, and all the other exaggerated ideas we heard the night before. The Veterinarian took an X-Ray, found that it was just a dislocated leg, put her in splints for both of her injured legs, and gave her pain meds for $217. He said that she may be able to walk again, and if not, we could always leave her leg or have it amputated.
I just got home from taking my male cat Tiger to PETS and I was very satisfied with the service. I arrived nervous after reading some horid reviews which is why I felt the need to describe my experience. The entire staff was extremely caring and comforting to my little love muffin and answered everyone of my million questions! Tiger was so stressed after the urine sample he kept going to the bathroom in the exam room but they were really kind and understanding the whole time. Hopefully none of my animals will have an emergency again, but if they do I feel very confident in coming back to PETS. Thank you to the wonderful staff and I'd recommend you to anyone.
