If you enjoy the outdoors then you have to visit REI. Quality of product is good, prices are OK, service is very good.
The few bucks is not the problem. HERE'S A TIP REI BOZO. If your going to pitch a little baby fit about the delayed pick up by a member, at least make sure the work is done.
Canceled a 16 year membership over the way i was just treated. Bozeman bike and ski shop. Extremely rude! after their baby fit about being late picking up a pair of bikes. I see they did not even complete one the repairs in question. But they charged me for it! When i asked the guy why is this not fixed, he said not a word, gave a dirty look and sat there in his skinny jeans.
