Prices are higher than online but you are getting top knotch knowledge, which will always beat price when talking ski's and ski gear. Went in to get some new ski boots for chick and ended up talking to the guy for an hour about skiing and all the new ski's coming out.
Very poor service. Be ready to wander around the store while no one helps you until you make a gamble on who is a customer and who is an employee and ask. Even when returning the gear I wanted to be sure my credit card information was destroyed and he said it was a legally binding document but assured me he'd cross it out. So I'm just supposed to take the college kids word about my financial information. Long story short, absolutely no one on the staff was friendly, just waiting until they got to leave it seemed. Definitely not coming back.
Love this store. Long time Bozeman business, family owned and operated. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Great products from rental equipment to new purchases, good selections, competitive pricing. Life long customer here.
Great group of people to work with and are very knowledgable they will go above and beyond to help you out I would certainly recommend them if you live in Bozeman or are just passing through.
Ive gone in there multiple times to buy things and have been treated very well for the most part. However the bike mechanics who work there were more than willing to go out of their way to be rude and condescending towards me. I've been biking for years and every time I've talked to them they treat me like a don't know anything and talk down to me as if everything I say is wrong and stupid. I have also been treated very poorly over the phone when asking about renting biking equipment for a friend. I live very close to the store but I will take the extra time to go to other shops in the area.
