I guess the manager is from CA and the snow got her shook up as well. The parking is bad and hospitality is zero.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had free coffee. Down the street from grandpa's house. Lower price than competition. Visiting Bozeman for a family matter and to go to Yellowstone National Park. They did not remove used towels or make up room after our first night. It might be extended stay but I still expect some service.
This is quite possibly the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. We drove 10 hours from Seattle Washington to attend a wedding in Bozeman. We arrived after 4 and were told that our rooms would not be ready for 30 to 45 minutes. Check in time is 3 PM. The front desk lady was so rude no apologies were given and then we watched and listened to the The hotel manager yell at another customer at the front desk. I started calling around for other hotel rooms in the area and quickly realized that most all were cheaper in price and offered more amenities . But because this was the hotel that the wedding party was going to stay at we waited in the parking lot and 88° weather with my terminally ill mother. Still no apologies no discount on the rooms as promised we payed full price / there are so many other hotels in this area I would recommend staying far away from this place . We have stayed at my place hotels all over the United States and never have been treated like we were here they need to invest in some customer service training starting from the top down however big shout out to Raven who was very kind and courteous understanding and a lovely lovely girl You should be very thankful that you have such a person working customer service at this facility it's the only thing you have going for you .
I liked my stay at My Place Hotel. Nice clean rooms with friendly & helpful staff. There was a hot water spa also inside the hotel. Overall a great place to stay at.
Crappy front door on back side and no pull through if you are pulling a trailer. When I did get turned around the manager chewed me out for where I parked. I stopped due to a snow storm. She claimed that two vechicles couldn't get around me. I measured the width next to where I parked and there was 22' width completely open.
I won't be back.
I stayed at this hotel while in town attending a wedding. We arrived late in the afternoon long past check in time and were told that our rooms would not be ready for an hour? I expected some sort of apology that I did not receive. Customer service was lacking at the front desk most all of the customer service reps were rude short and did not seem to want to be there. There were problems with the software and that's what they blamed her for their attitude and late check in . Was finally able to check in after five. The hotel itself is nice there are no amenities no swimming pool no breakfast just coffee downstairs. You'll be lucky to find anyone at the front desk at anytime of the day. If you do you won't get the service that you expect that you're paying for. For the price of this hotel there are several other hotels in the area with more amenities and I'm quite certain better customer service . One customer service gal stuck out her name was Raven she was spot on top notch and should really be working in a higher class hotel kudos to Raven awesome job .
