The service I recieved at The Crossroads was the most heinous customer service I have ever experienced. The store manager, Nancy, walked in after just putting out a cigarette and blew smoke inside the interior of the store!!!!!! I was hoping to outfit a new home with dishes, pots pans, etc... I was so repulsed by this store I had to leave. Never in my life have I experienced the rudeness, the filfh, the lack of manners in any other retail experience. It is a wonder this business is actually in business!!!!!!
