I went to Big Sky RV to see a particular rv but they had sold it already. The receptionist was friendly called for a sales person to help me. He was nice and gave me a couple of brochures to consider.

They didn't have the part I needed, but tried hard to help me. And when they realized that they couldn't get what I needed in a timely fashion, they actually recommended another shop in town (essentially a competitor). And that store DID have exactly what I needed. So five stars for effort and putting your customers first.
