Salesman took over 30 minutes to retrieve vehicle pamphlet / literature, and was visibility talking and joking with other employees during this time.
On Aug. 10th we were on our way to Bozeman when the radiator on my Dodge Ram started leaking. I limped it into Bozeman and was at the dealership first thing the next morning, I met Greg and he figured out a way to get my pickup in for repairs that same day even when they were booked solid. Thank You Greg and all that were involved right down to the courtesy van driver. GREAT SERVICE!!!!! Thank You!!!!!
While I have decided to go with a Jeep, I will not set foot on this dealership's lot, they do not deserve my business after treating me in such a way.
Traveling from the east coast, we had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. Amy (service coordinator) got us in quickly to get a diagnosis and on our way. Outstanding customer service!
Never in my life have I been told that a dealership has to run my credit before even giving me an estimate on what they'd give me for trade-in on my current vehicle. My husband was looking at a diesel truck yesterday and was told this. Then he decided he would go ahead and allow them to pull his credit, because he genuinely did want the truck, but no one would wait on him once he got to the dealership after work. The sales guy interacted in passing, but no one would speak to him. I guess this could be one of the the reasons their consumer ratings are so low. I purchased a brand new Cadillac from Ressler, right down the road...I think we'll just keep our business there since they don't seem real interested in working with us at Billion.
Possibly the worst dealer visit I have ever had.
Had a pushy salesman who didn't listen and tried too hard to push me into a same day decision, "test drive" was worthless and was only a trip up and down the main road by the dealership. Salesman was unknowledgeable about the vehicle (the new Jeep Compass), I knew more than him and had to correct him on several features (such as; didn't know engine size, could not locate power lift gate button, tried to list u-connect 7 features on the 3.5, and many others)
Originally had called in to purchase my husband a new truck. After meeting with a very young, and inexperienced salesman, I was flat out told I didn't know what I was talking about. He was trying to sell me AD so when in fact what I wanted was gasoline. After I decided to take my purchase elsewhere I received an email from the sales manager that stated how unfortunate it was that I would take my business somewhere else considering my employer had purchased a company vehicle from billion 0. What does my employer have to do with my consumer purchase? And why was that even thrown in my face? We decided to give the service department a chance to redeem our faith. I dropped my husband's truck off for service, was told to wait in the lobby for the share ride, 30 minutes later I walked out the door and ended up walking to work. The 2nd experience was calling on a recall, we were told that the part was not in stock that they would be reaching out to as soon as it was, and this has been over 3 months ago now. We purchased in Great Falls, Not only did we beat a Billion deal but we got much better service.
