Sure enough on April 1st it was time to follow through. I put together an information sheet on my 2014 trade-in and a list of what I was looking for in a new 2017. Eli got right on it and provided an most helpful stream of timely, relevant and most useful information.

This is the second time with in two weeks my car 2016 malibu that I bought brand new has been in for the check engine light!!! Just got my car back today after a week The check engine light isn’t on so far but I brought back the rental with over the amount of fuel they gave it to me in and when I dropped my car off it had over a half a tank of gas in it when I picked it up there is a 1/8 Of a tank of fuel left in it!!!!!!! I’m so beyond disappointed in this dealership with both sales and service!!! I will be calling the customer service with Gm and reporting this dealership!!!
As a potential returning customer from out of town ( Jackson, WY ), I had the pleasure of meeting Eli Rickert while doing a drive through of the Ressler lot on a cold New Years Day. I told her of my plan to trade up from my Ressler 2014 Chevy Volt to a new 2017 Chevy Volt in April.
