Had an excellent stock of new cars as well!

HORRIBLE dealership. The WORST I have ever been to! They charge $115 just for a "diagnosis"/to look at the car, no matter how basic the problem is. However, when you ask for the documentation for the diagnosis, they will not give it to you. I have never heard of a dealership charging you for a diagnosis, if you choose to not have your car repaired there, and, on top of that, I have never had one charge a flat rate no matter what the problem is. Most dealerships will incorporate diagnosis fees into their repair fees, but will scale the fee to the amount of work involved to diagnose it. We even called our local Ford dealership about a repair question and mentioned how this dealership charges a $115 diagnosis fee...they laughed and said, "we choose to charge our customers fairly and treat them with more respect than Bozeman Ford Lincoln and RV does".

The reason this dealership even exists is likely because they pray on college students, who don't know better, and RVers, who may not have another choice or just want to move on with their trip.

The technicians were very nice and reasonable, it was the service department that will make me NEVER RETURN HERE again! On top of all of this, when you first call them up, they have you explain what is wrong with your car, then when you go in they ask the same questions, and then, when you are checking out, they will comment on something you said at least two other times. So, when you call, just say you will explain the problem when you go in. There are always going to be people in the world who choose to TAKE ADVANTAGE of those that they can and these are certainly some of those people!

If you actually decide to have your car repaired here, they also have a $275 FIXED LABOR COST that they tack on, no matter how much actual labor went into repairing the vehicle. I'm sure if there is an excessive amount of labor, they will increase the labor charge even more. One of the repairs I had done just involved resetting something on the computer and they charged $275 for this + $115 diagnosis fee (even though I already diagnosed the problem!).

After we left, he called us and I told him we had to leave because we were driving to WA state and he just said oh good, thanks.

As a side note, they offer a shuttle service to and from the dealership while your vehicle is being repaired, which is a nice service. HOWEVER, half the reason they do this is so that the driver can report back to them anything the customer says about the dealership while in the car. So don't say anything that you don't want the dealership to hear.

When he finally came back, he told us to go to the waiting area and they'd bring it around to look at. Waited there another 10 minutes or so before we decided to leave. I don't remember him even introducing himself, we hardly saw him, and it felt like we were wasting his time. All we wanted to do was go look at some vehicles not sit around in the middle of our 10 hour drive waiting for someone.

I was passing through Bozeman towing a fifth wheel and had engine trouble. I limped it into Bozeman Ford. I had called ahead and had very courteous phone support from Jennifer. Upon arrival, Josh took great care to get it seen by a mechanic. All total we were there and back on the road in 3 hours. I offer my gratitude to all involved, including the mechanic, for turning my misfortune into as positive experience as possible.

I had an additional repair that needed to be done to my car, but they mis-diagnosed the issue. They said a bushing needed to be replaced on a part that doesn't even exist on the vehicle. This was after having taken the car to another Ford dealership that said there was no issue at all. STAY AWAY from FORD DEALERSHIPS.

I don't normally write reviews but this was unacceptable and I don't recall having this kind of service at an auto place before. They kinda took the relaxed feel to a whole new level.

Customer service was terrible. We stopped in to look at a transit van with our 4 children. We walked in and employees just looked at us and didn't say anything. Then someone came by saying we must have been helped and then directed us to Brendan when we said no. Brendan just got some info and left for what seemed like 10 minutes. Didn't say much other than he had to check and see if something was getting worked on.

I did a lot of searching to find the Truck I was looking for. 2017 F350 crew cab 4x4 with specific colors and trim level. I live in California so to fly to Bozeman to buy a truck unseen was taking a bit of a chance. When we arrived my wife and I were picked up at the airport by Mark McKernan our sales man. Everything was great from there on. The truck was exactly as described and paper work was a breeze. We were out and starting our drive back home in 2 hours. We had a great trip and love our new truck.

They were kind, courteous and very professional. Understood our predicament and got us in and out asap! If in that area, and having car issues, definitely stop by and see em...
