We had to take our A4 to Bozeman Audi on a trailer from Cody. It needed a major repair and we couldn't find a local mechanic that was capable. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mike in service. He patiently listened to me explain the problem and took our car right in. I was called the next morning with the diagnosis and pricing for the work needed. The work was completed on time and the ticket was for the exact cost of the estimate. I will surely go back for any future service. I highly recommend Bozeman Audi!
I took my car at 110,500 miles to get the oil changed. It was early as the oil change wasn't due in tell 112,000. But with other work being performed I figured why not. They charged me for oil change but didn't reset car or put new sticker on windshield. Two weeks after leaving dealership car was already beeping change oil. I looked at sticker and it hadn't been updated for a new change either. I called audi and they told me I had just drove that many miles. There was no way they forgot. I went back through my paperwork and realized they said the car had only 109,124 miles on it 1500 less than actualy had when in dealership and only 1 more than the last time I changed the oil ? So i explained to the guy that either A they forgot to do it or b they intentionally recorded less miles so I would be back sooner for a change again. I simply said that i had spent thousands in there and i wanted a free oil change to reassure me that it has been done or my money back, or i wouldnt be back ever again.
The guy behind the counter was named Mike. He was arrogant and rude right from the beginning, arrogantly expressing how they don't make mistakes while some tech stood behind him chuckling... I had all paperwork showing they had messed up(still do) but they said there was nothing they could do about it and the manager wasn't there so pretty much good luck. Even telling me after a half hour that he didn't know why I was mad.... I finally told him he must be f**** incompetent and walked out. I will never set foot in that store again... I advise you not to either... I also had a local body shop replace a splash shield under car in February. Audi wrote on their report that the splash shield was present and functional at every appointment since replacement(3). As soon as last wed. 4/12/17 upon inspecting a tire i realized the splash shield was not present. All bolts and hardware for splash shield was also missing. Audi had no explanation.... I spoke with Christian the service manager after leaving. upon answering he immediately had a elevated voice, was rude and would barely let me speak... Then said I lost all credibility because after 2 trips from butte to bozeman and multiple phone calls, I had gotten irrated the problem wasn't resolved and dropped the f bomb in their store. Then proceeds to tell me he doesn't care about my business and not to come back and hangs up... extremely unprofessional... a simple oil change costing audi almost nothing would have fixed the problem ... but they couldn't even stand behind that!
