Absolute miracle workers. I hit a deer with my new truck on a Sunday evening. I dropped it off Sunday night late. Ressler is a USAA preferred repair shop and USAA recommended them. I called on Monday and explained that I had family coming into town on Saturday and really needed the truck completed by then. I was hopeful but did not expect to have the extensive damage done in less than a week. However, I got a call on Friday telling me my truck was finished. It looked like the brand new truck it was. Wow. Everyone was kind, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend Ressler for both the quality of the work and the great customer service. Thank you Ressler.

I had bought a truck in September then 3 weeks ago the file pump went out. I took it straight to ressler and they told me it would be done Friday. So on Friday I was going to pick it up on my lunch break and when I got there they told me it wasn’t done after getting a call from them saying it was done. Come to find out that they cracked the fuel tank. They had my truck for 2 weeks which meant I had to get a rental car and spend more money that I shouldn’t have had to spend in the first place. I would not recommend buying the used vehicles from this dealership.

He was instrumental throughout the car buying process, extremely knowledgeable, never pressured us into a decision and was very patient.
