Where do I start they ripped my 22 year old daughter off who just came back to the States from being stationed overseas they lie to her about her down payment then then withheld her tagged so her temporary tag ran out while she was in Florida and could not evacuate when the Hurricanes hit I went there to talk to the manager and received the whole lot of I'm sorry (but) they wanted to proceed to lie to me this is in regards to a downpayment that my daughter paid in cash they refused to give her a receipt and being a first-time car buyer she was just excited and wanting to get out of there since everybody knows it takes forever to buy a car I go there was so fed up with their run around I paid another $2,000 down for my daughter gave them a check and they still refuse to give me a receipt I would strongly suggest going anywhere else and this is the third Toyota I bought from a Toyota dealership the first one in Bozeman which I will never return and will no longer suggest to my family members to go to a Toyota dealer. On about 8/1/17 during a long road trip, my usually reliable '05 Toyota 4Runner started dying suddenly every few hours of driving. It got much worse as I was going through Bozeman, dying every few blocks. I limped into the dealership. They got me right in, then they made a temporary fix since parts were not on hand (it needed a new evaporative cannister). NO CHARGE! I really couldn't believe it. I was on my way again (to Yellowstone) in 90 minutes, and able to complete the repair once I got home again (had no problems the rest of the trip). I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the service department at Toyota of Bozeman!
The service at Toyota of Bozeman is incredible! They were sooooooo helpful today when our new car appeared to have a shocking manufacturer malfunction. We were so stressed, but they helped us to a rental car of equivalent size to our current vehicle and they are going to help ensure Toyota takes care of the malfunction. As soon as we talked to them we were relieved and able to be on our way to continue our day. They were super efficient, compassionate and helpful. I would recommend everyone to go there for service!!
